MWI's continually going out of synch - system wide

Unity 3.1.3/Exchange2K

MWI's have continusously gone out of synch (not on when user has vm, not off when messages checked).

Tried patches, upgraded to 3.1.3 per TAC recommend, tried resynch now in Unity admin under "switch". Recurring system-wide issue. Please help.

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.

A thought. Are you running the most current version of the TSP? 6.x?

Also, I had a simular problem for which I thought was a MWI sync problem but it was really a Time od Day for MWI presentation problem in the Unity setup.. Is this a new install or an existing?

If you've gone through this, you may want to post your question on the Unity3.x discussion forum, which will have a much wider audience for this kind of problem. Also, please specify what switch (callmanager or whatever) you're integrating with.
