MWI's continuously going out of synch - system wide - chronic problem!

Unity 3.1.3 with Exchange2K

Has been a recurring problem since implementation one year ago. Have applied patches, done upgrades, "resynch now" in Unity admin. Nothing works but a reboot. MWI's not on when user has vm, MWI's do not go off when messages checked/purged. Happens every month or so. Please help.

HI,

The problem you are having may be memory-related especially since it occurs after a period of time. Try to ensure that you have a minimum of 1GB of memory on your Unity Server and even more if you have a lot of users getting a lot of voice mail.

Also, check your ports. It is remotely possible that you run out of ports every once in a while. This can happen if people are dropping messages all the time. You may want to configure a port and devote it solely to "Dial out MWIs"
