I have read most of the info regarding MWI but we are still having problems. We are running CM 3.1(1), Unity 2.4.135, and TSP 3.0.0.7. MSI lights will work correctly if we reset the phones or if we use the "Resynch All Message Waiting Indicators" under the switch section of Unity, but MWI will only work one time. In "status monitor" we can see the signals being passed but no MWI. We think the problem may be with the TSP. Any ideas?

Make sure to run the Exchange Optimizer ... if resynch works that usually means your codes & dial paths are all OK, but sometimes the notifier has trouble keeping tabs on all the accounts if Exchange hasn't been optimized recently.

Thanks for your help!!! I tried the optimizer but no luck. This is only a 5 user system. Any other ideas?

You can try running SysCheck to see if it reports any problems. Also look for errors in the event log.
Does the status field in the messages page for the subscriber show the correct state for the lamp based on new messages? Does it say 'on' for those with new messages and 'off' for those without?

Ran syscheck, everything passed. Looked at the event log and no errors. The status field in the messages page for the subscriber shows the correct state for the lamp based on new messages. It seems like everything is working correctly but no MWI. Is anybody else having the same problems with CM 3.1(1)? Since everything seems to be working correctly is there a chance that there is some incompatiability with CM 3.1(1) and the TSP?

Got it working!!! It was a problem with a misconfigured Calling Search Space. Thanks for your help.
