After users delete a message, we are finding that the MWI light does not turn off - it does come on as it should but will not clear when messages are deleted. It is a single Call Mgr install running 3.08; Unity version 2.4.6.<br>We have checked all of the items in the MWI Troubleshooting Guidle (verified MWOnDn as 61 and MWOffDn as 60 in Call Mgr, verified same settings in AvCiscoTsp, verified MWI settings for subscriber in Unity w/ X marked appropriately, restarted Unity, etc...)<br>I ran \commserver\TechTools\StatusMontior.exe - when refresh is issued in subscriber->messages page there is an entry for "Dialing" (MWI) 99995.<br>The MWI light does clear each evening due to the scheduled resync but the fact that it doesn't clear when messages are deleted is frustrating users.<br>What should I check from here?<br>Thanks much.<br>Rick.<br><br>
