MWI won't light after CM is reset

It appears that a CM reset will disable Unity's ability to light the MWI. I can still pick up a handset and dial the dtmf tone and manually light the MWI, but Unity is incapable of doing the same. MWI was working perfectly prior to this reset of CM. We have reproduced this in the lab and on our production Unity. Is there a configuration change that will allow MWI to work after a reboot of the CM, or is this a bug relating to the 3.0(2)TSP?<br><br>CM 3.1<br>TSP 3.0(2)<br>Unity 2.4.6(135)<br>Win2000 sp1<br>Exchange sp4<br><br>Thanks,<br>Brad<br><br>

Interesting. Can you get a CCM trace to see if Unity is actually dialing the MWI on/off DNs? I am out of the office and unable to test this.
