In Unity, under messages in Subscribers....I put a check mark next to MWI but under that is says indicator lamps off...how do i switch to on? and our MWI are not working, what could be the reason. Is there something in Call Manager that needs to be set besides Forward busy/no answer?<br><br><br>

for starters.

As far as the first part of your question...On/Off refers to whether the lamp is actually lit at the users' phone. Since you can't get MWIs to turn on, you would expect this would always be 'Off' until they start working.
The SA field help/online help can clear questions like this up in the future.

Just to be picky... "on" means Unity has sent a lamp on request to the switch. It doesn't necessarily mean your lamp is on (i.e. the switch might have ignored the request or the request was in the wrong format etc...). We can't poll the switch to see if a lamp is currently on or off, we only know what we've asked it to do.

This happens a bit with version 3

Press the reset all lamps and they should all start working
