MWI

I am having problems with MWI only on a couple of phones. I have been through all cisco docs and checked everything any other tips?

also how do I listen and delete VM from the unity system and not the phone?

U may gather traces and check what is going on.

Check the app logs to see if there is anything regarding mwi issues for those phones. The quickest way to troubleshoot this problem is by turning on macro MWI traces on Unity; delete all messages from one of those phones, and leave a vm. Wait 5 minutes,and gather AvCsMgr and AvMsgStoreMonitorSvr logs for that time.

Do you mean if there is an alternative to listening to vm other than from phone? You have to be licensed for unified messaging to listen from Outlook (via VMO)
