MWI

Hello guys,

I have a big problem with our MWI. Every two or three days I have to run the Resynchronize now from Telephone Integration Manager in Unity almost twice a week. Is there any permenant fix for that?

Bahman,

You really need to follow the steps in the Unity troubleshooting guide as MWI has some underlying depedancies that could cause it not to function. In my experience though the most common problem is with incorrect voicemail port configuration. This is referenced in the below document as well as other things to try. I attached 4.0(5) with Exchange because that is probably the most common install.

Which Unity and TSP version you are running?

Any errors in EV?
