My Auto Attendant is not forwarding the call to the reception.

Hi when I make call from PSTN , My auto attendant is playing the greeting and promting the user to nter the extension or press 0 to reach the reception. But when the user press the 0 it's going to the voice message after few seconds. The Web Attendant is not receiving the call. Can any body help me out on this?
