Name Dispaly Station to Station????

CCM 4.2.1?Internal calls from station to station does not seem to be working. All line configurations have a Name in the display. So when John Jones x5554 calls Bob Smith at x5556 the names do not appear?.What do you think? Thanks in Advance!!

Does the call from 5554 to 5556 ever hit a translation pattern or route pattern? It's possible for the calling/connected name presentation to be restricted at this level.

never hit a translation pattern, it is just one local station calling another

Do you see the extension for caller ID or nothing at all? Do you have a name configured for the field labeled "Display (Internal Caller ID)" in DN configuration?
