name number display on ip phone

name&numbers configured in the personal directory (on cisco ip phone)

when the user dials external numbers he sees only the number not the name also for incomming calls (this numbers are configured in the personal directory)

is there a way to display the names

IP phone only use the Caller ID information in incoming

call from external phones not the names. Only phones in

the same ip telephony domain is displayed as name & number.
