Here is the situation. When we NAT our IP phones, we are able to place and receive calls, but we are unable to access the Unity voicemail system. When you try to retrieve or leave a message for another NATed phone you get dead air. <br><br>Is Unity not supported in this type of Installation?<br><br><br><br>
Please explain where the phones, Unity and CallManager are in relation to the NATing device. What kind of device is doing the NATing and what software is it running? Does the call appear to be setup OK?
