A customer has a requirement that a light be displayed on the supervisors desk when a call has been in queue for more than 15 seconds. This light is an analogue telephone device that can be connected to an fxs/ata and it flash when a call rings it.
I would also like to know if it's possible to light a light on a 7941/7961 if a call is in queue.

Well, IPCC/CCM does not provide this funtionallity. You would need to write an app to accomplish this. Perhaps try posting your question on the developer forum and someone can help you there.

You can easilly write a IPCX script that use an http trigger. Trigger this script from you Ip phone with an auto reload on the page. If the treshold meet the IPCX reactor by powering the MWI or showing a msg on the Phone screen.
