need help for isdn pri (CCS) D channel

Can any body can give me a link/URL for me to refer on how can I change the D channel assignment for a T1. Like

interface Serial slot/port:<24 or any channel>

If this is a PRI the d channel is always on timeslot 24 for T1 and 16 for E1. For CCS you can use any TS and make it the clear-channel so you can have the D channel in any6 timeslot you like. Just make the desired Dchan run the clear channel codec for the trunk.
