Need help with DC directory server.

Hello,

I am using Call Manager system version 4.1(3)sr1.

I have installed RTMT on call manager server.It is giving me alert message as DC directory server down.

Can someone help me with that?

I would like to konw 1)what is DC Directory?

2)how to set that up again?

3)what are the reasons it can go down?

4)how will it affect the normal fuctionality of the system?

I remember a couple of DDTS related to DC directory reported as down.

Please put the complete message.

This service stores user information for Call Manager.

The DDTS I recap was for 4.0.2 dont remember one for 4.1.3 u may open a TAC case for further troubleshooting.
