I am a new CCNA and my employer wnats me to get certified in Ip communications, including telephony, Call manager, and unified communications. I do have access to Partner e-learning and other resources, yet I seem to have rouble finding some step-by-step tutorials/guides to installing, deploying and configuring Cisco telephony solutions. My first exam coming up will be the IPTX. Thanks in advance!
