Hi,
I was talking to my co-worker between two 7960 IP Phones. We are in the same cluster and use CCM 3.09 and g.729 codce.
Suddenly, I couldn't hear his voice and there is "Network Outage" on the 7960's screen. What is that mean for "Network Outage"??

It means your network exceeded the bandwidth available to complete the call. Check your physical topology and implement QoS tools.
