I havbe a customer that has limited budgets but the requirements seem to point to having multiple IPCC Express implementations at multiple remote sites but have them networked to "share" agents in an overload basis.
I do not think that can be done today, but does anyone know if that is a roadmapped feature, or can it be done?
Not sure if it is in the roadmap but you definately cannot currently do this. What you can do however is have a centalized IPCC Express implementation and that way you can contral "overflows" accross the entire enterprise.
