New Cisco Unity 3.1(3) Install not functioning

I have a new Cisco Unity 3.1(3) Install that is not functioning correctly. I configured and tested the latest 6.02 TSP on the Unity server (also W2K DC, E2K server) and configured voice ports, etc. on the only CM server according to docs.

I cannot access SAWEB on the Unity server or remotely. I get the following message:

You cannot access the Unity System Administration web pages.

Please see your system administrator for more details.

I tried setting the Administrator account to EAdministrator:

Failed initializing connector engine.

Here is what the logfile displays:

Have you run part 2 of the Unity install? There's an icon on the desktop called "Configuration Setup" that you need to run.
