New Cisco Unity 3.1(3) Install not functioning

I have a new Cisco Unity 3.1(3) Install that is not functioning correctly. I configured and tested the latest 6.02 TSP on the Unity server (also W2K DC, E2K server) and configured voice ports, etc. on the only CM server according to docs.

I cannot access SAWEB on the Unity server or remotely. I get the following message:

Access denied

You cannot access the Unity System Administration web pages.

Please see your system administrator for more details.

I tried setting the Administrator account to EAdministrator:

D:\CommServer>grantunityaccess -u spirenet\administrator -s EAdministrator

Failed initializing connector engine.

-- Operation FAILED --

Logfile generated: D:\CommServer\logs\GrantUAccess_3d4ad201.txt

Here is what the logfile displays:

Fri Aug 02 13:40:01.170 Entering Initialize \ConnectorClientBase.cpp (line 48)

Fri Aug 02 13:40:21.709 Failed Initializing RdbServer Connection Exiting Function. 0x80048807 \ConnectorClientBase.cpp (line 59)

Any ideas?

Thanks, Eric

Re: New Cisco Unity 3.1(3) Install not functioning

Have you run part 2 of the Unity install? There's an icon on the desktop called "Configuration Setup" that you need to run.
