Our customer need to change the ip address of the CallManager, so I try to do this in my lab. These are the steps that I done for change the ip address:
1) in the Network and Dial-up Connections.
2) in the DHCP option 150 for tftp server
3) in the DNS server
4) in the hosts and lmhosts files
After these steps the phones are working but I can't read the Global Directory under User in the CCMADMIN window. Also in the Application Administrator the JTAPI Subsystem is in OUT_OF_SERVICE becouse , I think, it can't authenticate the user.
I change the name to Ip Address in the Enterprise Parameter, also I change the name to Ip Address in the Server window but I have again the issue. I'm seeing that the CallManager using the new Ip Address send a Arp request to its old Ip Address.
