I am having problems with the web server and first voicemail port after I upgraded to 2.46.135. The web service keeps stopping with no events in the event log. The first voicemail port will not roll to the second voicemail port, callers get a busy signal on the second call. If I send callers to the second voicemail port everything rolls fine. Any suggestions?<br><br>
I had this problem when installing 2.46.135 on CCM 1.11. Resolved by deleting the Cisco voicemail ports and then re-adding them (second time round I added the ports manually rather than with the U-One wizard.)
Delete the ports Restart call manager(s) add ports one by one testing as you go along Once you are happy that 3 or 4 ports are working as they should add the rest then test.
