new to VoIP

hello can someone give me a complete how to's in setting up VoIP. I have 2 offices that need to have VoIP and they both have Cisco 2600. Do i need to have PABX's connected from boths sites or just 1 PABX from one site to run VoIP.

what type of PABX are you using? are you going to use a Call Manager or a Nortel type device? I am using 2651xm at 16 locations with VPN connectivity and VOIP with 7940s and one centralized call manager. Let me know what you are working with and I may be able to help.

Thanks a lot, Actually I don't have any PABX yet, do I need to get it from the telco? Do i need to buy Call Manager? I just have here is two cisco 2600's without any VIC's. Can you give me the least requirements for me to setup VoIP in our network. This will be great help to me.
