New VM Cannot be Played via Phone

I am running Unity 3.1.5 vm-only and Ex55 sp4. I've run into a situtaion very similar to CSCdx56923, in which new VM messages cannot be played via the phone but are accessible via an email client. However, it does appear that the Priority field in the new msgs is being set correctly. This is happening after a new Exchange server is added to site and some mailboxes are moved to the new server. Leaving msgs works, MWI works, Can see and play VM through email client. All SEEMS well, except new messages cannot be played via the phone: "You have x new messages. To play new messages, Press 1." When you Press 1, she says, "New messages. End of new messages. You still have x new messages." Rebooting Unity helps (that is, you can then listen to the msgs that were left until the server was rebooted and notifier ran, etc.) UNTIL a new message is left, and then no new messages can be listened to. Any help on this one would be appreciated. Thanks,
