Night Ring

I am trying to create a call handler that will only run during the hours of 9-5. After hours, I want a different call handler to run. I know you can make separate greetings based on opened and closed hours, but I have to many different options to do this with one call handler.<br><br>

The way to do this is to have the off hours greeting on your call handler play a blank greeting and have it's after greeting action set to go to your "night greeting" call handler.

Check out the new Audio Text Manager application I posted on AnswerMonkey over the weekend. In the example training video I posted with it I actually walk through the steps for doing just this type of thing.
