NM-HDV module

I have 3640 with NM-HDV with 1 MFT-T1 module. Is there a way I can find out how many DSPs or type of PVDM module I have on NM-HDV ?

I also need to use this for 4 voice channels and 1 conf bridge which will be connected to a service provider. Can I use my NM-HDV for both voice as well conf resources based on the DSPs I have ?

Thx

Re: NM-HDV module

rhegde,

you can configure nm-hdv as a conf bridge, xcoder or voice gateway (or all together). It all depends on how many dsps you have.

nm-hdv can scale up to 60 channels per hdv (if you fully populate it with 5 PVDM-12s)

Easy to find out how many DSPs you have is to see on the NM-HDV panel, how many LEDs are lit green. If you have one lit, then you have a single PVDM-12. If you have two of them lit, you have two PVDM-12s and so on.
