No alert on Phone Messenger

Hi,

We are using IP Phone messenger installed on Presence Server ver 6.x

We are able to send & receive messages to users who are subscribed to IPPM services but we do not get any alert/visual notification/beep on receiving IP phone.

Can somebody guide where could be the problem ?

Hi,

had You any news ? I'm having the same issue. The messeges correctly arrives to the phone, but they get not notified ( with a previuos installation I done, there was a popup with the message on every phone ).
