No audible ring

We are having a problem with inbound callers not hearing an audible ring tone when they dial our DID numbers. They of course begin to hear something when either a person or Unity answers.

The problem is that it does not happen to all callers. Someone can call from their phone system & not hear a ring, but call from their call and they can.

Is this in our ISDN PRI, VG200, or Call Manager?

you need to put this command in your VOIP dial-peer:

progress_ind setup enable 3
