I am attempting to set up a small lab using Call Manager 4.0(2)sr2c. I have a 2621 router with a NM-2V module and two port FXO vic installed.
The FXO is connected to a single number outside line provided by telco.
I have the MGCP gateway setup and connected to CM. It routes to a specific DN that I have configured on a 7960 phone in my office.
WHen I call the number connected tot he FXO the following happens:
1. The associated 7960 phone rings.
2. If I answer the call, there is NO audio, and after exactly 16 seconds the call is disconnected and the FXO port is placed in an out of service stated (according to Real Time Monitor). I then have to shut/no shut the voice port to get it back in service.
My goal is to be able to call into this lab, receive and emulate calling into our production system. Any help would be apprecited!
Oh, I also cannot make outbound calls, but I'm figuring that is a different problem and will work them one at a time.
