No Audio between 7920 and 7940/60 in clustered CCM environment

7920 registered to Server A. Call from/to 7940/60 registered on Server B... get call control but no audio.

Server's A and B are clustered over a VPN-based WAN.

Calls between ALL other devices registered to ANY server work fine. 7920's calling ANY device registered to SAME server work fine.

Not specific to one phone...applies to all 7920's on server A calling/called from ANY device on server B.

7920 firmware at 3.x. Using 1242 AP's. CCM's at 4.1.3sr1

Any suggestions before I contact TAC ?

Re: No Audio between 7920 and 7940/60 in clustered CCM environme

A common reason for no audio is that TKIP and/or MIC are configured on the AP. These features are not yet available for the Cisco 7920 Wireless IP Phone and can cause audio issues if enabled.Refer the following URL for more information

Thanks smahbub but TKIP/MIC are disabled, so that does not seem to be the problem. Calls made within the LAN are fine.
