No audio in voice messages

We are experiencing a situation where a subscriber will receive a voicemail that has no audio. If the caller left a message for 2 minutes long, you would get 2 minutes of silence in the voicemail. This does not happen consistently, only from time to time. We originally thought it was a codec issue where we were going from one codec to the other, but we were able to reproduce the problem on the same codec. It is a Unity 4.0 (2) VMO and Call Manager 3.3 Integration with latest tsp driver. Has this been seen before?

I assume that you are seeing this problem when you play the message over the phone with VMO. Do you see the same problem with local playback as well? And with the TUI too?
