No audio on PSTN calls

After creating another voice vlan I am able to dial on net without issue. If I dial out or answer a PSTN call with a phone on the newly created vlan, the call is established but audio is not heard. The newly created voice Vlan registers correctly VM functions correctly... but somehow Gateway functions to or from PSTN are not successful. Any ideas

Re: No audio on PSTN calls

what type of gateway please?

if it's an IOS gateway, please provide some config output for our review.

also, verify you do not have any VACLs/ACLs between the gateway/phone and the new VLAN.

Re: No audio on PSTN calls

To clarify, the new voice vlan(vlan622) was created mirroring the voice vlan currently used(vlan621) to relieve DHCP scope issues.

There are VACL's in place but the new IP address is not involved in the acl. I have enclosed access-list 110,190 for review.

The Gateway is IOS T1 gateway(XS-6608-T1) on a 6500 switch.

Re: No audio on PSTN calls

Does the gateway have routing to the new phone subnet?
