NO CIRCUIT

Hi everybody,

I have a weird problem. We are terminating voip calls in a 2651 Cisco router and IOS Version 12.2(13).

The problem is that some calls get terminate but when i put the command: sh call history voice brief

i see some calls with duration and disc-cause: no circuit, and we have channels available.

There is an example:

250C : 470054hs.713 +1298 +170164 pid:0 Answer

dur 00:28:08 tx:37422/734212 rx:23193/452061 22 (no circuit.)

IP 168.251.242.201:19386 rtt:78ms pl:451020/670ms lost:14/5/21 delay:57/53/103ms g729r8

250C : 470091hs.714 +1261 +170454 pid:3 Originate 0409019515621490

dur 00:28:11 tx:23193/452061 rx:37422/734212 22 (no circuit.)

Telephony 1/0:1 (526): tx:1698020/73954/0ms g729r8 noise:-75dBm acom:29dBm

How can i fixe this problem if i have channels available???

Thanks!

Ariela

Re: NO CIRCUIT

ensure that you see the channels available when you enter: sh isdn serv

Make sure there are no errors after entering: sh voice dsp

can you send a "deb isdn q931" trace

before you do, enter

voice rtp send-recv
