No dial tone or side tone heard on 7940 phone,when going off-hook
installing a 3845 with CME, for a single site. Added six phones that worked locally, then added a PRI and could make and receive calls. While working on AUTO ATTENDANT, noticed no dial tone or side tone on all phones. However, when someone calls from outside and goes thur AUTO ATTENDANT, my phone rings and I am able to have two-way conversation. Once, I hang up, the phone shows the proper display as it should when going off hook, but no dial tone. Number are pressed and appear on the lower left side of the screen, but no calls are made. I have pinged all phones and check the load configuration, noting nothing different. This application was working normally for about two hours before noting the problem. Any ideas?
