No dial tone when pressing the Flash on analog phone

- I are having issues with no dial tone when pressing the Flash button on the analog phone to transfer call. The analog phone is attached to VIC-2FXS inserted into NM-2V module of Router 2620XM. This router is running H.323 and was configured as a line gateway H.323 on CallManager 4.1(3).

I tried the below command but this issue is still exist.

voice-port 1/0/0

timing hookflash-input ...

check if dtmf-relay h245-signal is enabled in dial-peer config

I enabled dtmf-relay h245-signal in dial-peer config but the issue is still existing
