Trying to run a 7960 from a remote office thru a PIX to PIX vpn. The phone registers with the Call Manager. The phone has dial tone but does not appear to transmit any DTMF signal.
All traffic is allowed to the phone & all 3-Des traffic is allowed from the phone to the remote network where Call Manager & all other phones are located.The phone receives the phone directory from Call Manager & can be reset by Call Manager, but when I dial from the phone I don't hear any DTMF signal & the dialed directory number is never sent.
Anyone know of any unusual issues running a 7960 thru a vpn to Call Manager?
Did you ever find a solution to this. I have tried twice to make this work: once with an H323 gateway and once with an MGCP gateway. again all traffic is allowed to and from the remote network to the callmanager network. Please let me know if you figured this one out.
