Assistant Watch is not displayed on 7960 and the IPMA specific manager's softkeys do not function. They are greyed out. When an assistant is logged in to the assistant console, she can control the manager's phone and take calls for him. I can see the IPMA services menu from the manager's phone. I was able to see the Assistant Watch display at one time, but it disappeared. Any ideas how to solve this problem?
