No MWI through VPN Connection

CallManager v3.1(2c) and Unity 2.4.6 everything works fine. I have 7960 phone attached to a VPN3002 connecting across the Internet to the VPN3030 at the head office site. Calling works perfect and the voice quality is excellent. However, the MWI doesn't seem to trigger across the VPN. Dialing the MWI manually from the phone does work. Any ideas?

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive trouble-shooting session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.
