I have tried installing and reinstalling different versions of the TSP, but when I go to test the connection it always fails, and I do not have any ports listed in the Status Monitor. I have tried version 1.00.32 and 1.00.39 of the TSP, but I get the same results. I'm running on Win2000 SP2 and EXCH2000, connecting to Call Manager 3.2 I don't know what to try next to get the ports to show up. In Unity System Administration I show that there should be 4 ports.
