I have IP Phones, Call Manager 3.1 and a 3660 with a PRI for in/out calls and a T1 to an office that has IP Phones and a 3660.
When I call from an IP Phone to an IP phone at the office with the Call Manager, it works fine. When I call from an IP Phone to an IP Phone at the office on the other side of the T1, I don't hear ringback. It doesn't matter whether I am dialing the extension number or the whole outside number. The phone at the other end does ring, though.
