No Ringback on Intercluster Trunk Transfered Calls Using MGCP
I am running CCM 3.3.2 and have a 3725 with PRI access to the PSTN running 12.2(15)ZJ3. There is an Intercluster Trunk to another CCM 3.3.2 system over the WAN for access to Octel VM. One of the mailboxes has an option to dial your parties 5 digit extension. When dialing the extension, if the CCM service parameter for H225 ringback is set to none, the call is transfered successfully, but there is no ringback. If I change the CCM service parameter to use H225 for ringback or user info for ringback when the call is transfered it is disconnected. I have searched the forum and found references to bug IDs CSCdx95698/CSCeb67676. I upgraded the 3725 to the recommended IOS, but still have the same problem.
