We have a Call Manager version 3.1.2c with ATA186's version 2.12. ATA186 running as a H323 gateway with route patterns. If you dial from the IP phone to the ATA186 the analogue phone will ring but the IP phone will not here any ringback tone. The other direction is OK.
In the ConnectMode field on the ATA type i.e "00060010". You can register the ATA s also as H.323 Clients.
