no ringback on off-net calls between ccm(4.1) and voice gateway(2600)

Hello,

there is something wrong when i try to make a call.

there is no ringback on off-net calls using issue digit "9".

other calls work properly. i can hear ringback tone..

How can i check to resolove this issue?

What kind of gateway is this ? H323 ?

It depends which calls you dont get the ring back tone.

To solve this issue try to put the following command in the dial-peer pots statement

tone ringback alert-no-PI

alternately you can enable the foll. command in the dialpeer voip

progress ind setup enable 3
