No ringback on some calls

Sorry, more clearly my question on the previous post was actaully ringback not ring tone. I noticed our voip system doesn't receive ringback tone on some calls.

CCM 3.33, 1751V router with ISDN voice port.

When I call to some numbers(what we found now is cell phone and some international calls)no ringback heard from the ip phone. The called party can hear the ring. Eventually call can be established if the called party answer the call.Any idea. Thanks

If your gateway is H.323, over here in the UK we need to put progress indicator statements on the Pots Dial Peer to ensure ringback, especially for mobiles and international. They are required due to some trans carrier delays. You could try the following.

dial-peer voice 9 pots

destination-pattern .T

progress_ind setup enable 3

progress_ind alert enable 8

progress_ind progress enable 8

progress_ind connect enable 8

fax rate disable

direct-inward-dial

port 0/0:15
