No softkey option to save handset volume

I have a site using load P003D302 for the 7940 /7960 phones in support of SRST. They no longer have a softkey option to save the handset volume during a call. Any helpful suggestions?

I assume from your description that phones not using that load have the option to save the handset volume which tells me you are using CallManager 3.1. If you are using CM3.1 you don't need to use those loads anymore, the default 3.1 loads work with SRST.

Also, in CM3.0 (what the P003D302 load was built for originally), to save the volume you must adjust it, press Settings, then Save.
