I am having an issue, that when I press my message button or call the voicemail pilot number on a call manager I get no sound when voice mail answers. I see the port answer and I can make calls to another phone fine. The Unity server, the call manager, and the phones are all on the same subnet.
Please verify your region setup on the Call Manager. If the default codecs are set for g729, you should make sure Unity has the 22.214.171.124 version of the VoiceAge g729 codec installed. Use the Status Monitor web interface to verify prompts are playing out during the call. Also check this link for other codec configuration issues:
