No wave devices were found

When testing the TSP I receive the message: <br>"no wave devices were found.<br>The driver either did not install correctly or the computer needs to be rebooted to update it's configuration."<br>I've reinstalled the TSP and rebooted, but to no avail.<br>Everything seems to be working fine except I can't dial any handlers directly (call, directory etc.). For example if I dial 555, the default for the directory handler I get a busy signal.<br>Any ideas? <br><br>

You probably have two different issues at play here. First, are you trying this test through Windows Terminal Services? If so, you will get this error every time and it is normal. Test it from the console or pcAnywhere. Second, check call viewer and see if you are getting forwarding station information. If not, the integration type on your key and your switch type probably don’t match up. If they don’t match Unity will cripple the functionality and all calls will go to the Opening Greeting Call Handler.
