You probably have two different issues at play here. First, are you trying this test through Windows Terminal Services? If so, you will get this error every time and it is normal. Test it from the console or pcAnywhere. Second, check call viewer and see if you are getting forwarding station information. If not, the integration type on your key and your switch type probably dont match up. If they dont match Unity will cripple the functionality and all calls will go to the Opening Greeting Call Handler.
