I have found Windows 2000 patches that need to be installed prior to installing the DST patch for CallManager but I can not find any W2K patches for Unity that need to be installed prior to the Unity DST patch. Am I missing something? Both Callmanager & Unity are on W2K.
TIA

The W2K patch is necessary for Unity and is included in the Unity_DST_Patches.zip file located here:
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/unity?psrtdcat20e2
Take a look at the following link regarding Unity and DST.
Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

Hi Gary,
All patches necessary (including Windows Patches) for Cisco Unity have been bundled into a single downloadable file available on CCO.
You will need to perform the applicable OS changes/CCM/Unity changes as indicated. Have a look at the following;
For CCM Readme;
For Unity Field Notice;
Hope this helps!
