Noise in the recorded voice msg

W2k, E5.5, Unity 3.13, Intecom switch, Dialogic 240-T1.

In the last 3 week we started getting some noise (sounds like background noise) during the message and at the end (the background noise followed by a long tone) of the message folks leave.

Does this have to do with Dialogic's quiet parameter? If not, what should I look for? If it is the quiet parameter, will the quiet50.prm value work?
