Expirable greetings aren't exposed via the phone or the AA web interfaces - which is annoying since the field in SQL that determines if the greeting (i.e. the alternate greeting) is active or not is a date field - which is specifically made for just this type of thing...
I could easily add such things to the audio text manager or the like but I'm assuming you're looking for end user access interfaces which I don't have control over. These types of things need to get escallated to your account team so they can put a feature request in PERS for this - the more requests the higher it goes on the priority list and the more likely it is to get into a release.
