Nortel IP phone voice quality

I have a problem with 2 ip phones on our network. The phones are Nortel and connect over the network back to a Nortel PBX.

The phones are having a problem that when the person on the nortel phone is on a call, if the other person is talking and the nortel person says something, they can no longer hear what the person is saying. The other person does not hear the problem.

The nortel ip phones are at a seperate site from the PBX. The connectivity between the sites is a T1. Priority queueing has been configured on the WAN and LAN interfaces. No high utilization on the WAN or LAN segments is visible. No queue drops are visible as well.

Any ideas?

ummm yeah....Get some Cisco gear maybe!?!?!?
